Mission/purpose of organization:  to celebrate and promote the community’s diverse artistic and cultural life; develop and enrich its cultural capacity; and champion the economic, social, and education benefits of the arts in the Greater Waco area and beyond.

Festival Attendance 2004          3,000 guests  at Heritage Square, Waco

Festival Attendance 2010        18,000 guests  at Indian Spring Park, East & West banks of the Brazos River

Festival Attendance 2013        15,000 due to a major rain storm in Central Texas
